Bug fix for SEND-DE available

Hi,

If you picked up the latest code from github in last two days, there is
the chance of unwanted behavior of TLF.

The SEND-DE keyword will automatically be activated without a chance to
deactivate it. I just pushed up a fix for that.

So. If you got the actual version in last two days please update again
and recompile. Any former versions are not affected.
