Try a text message cqdelay. A label CQD and PgUp/PgDn appears, the 
cqdelay can be adjusted with PgUp/PgDn. You also see the parameter D 
changing (in the upper status line).

A text message can be entered into call field if you start the comand 
with : (colon).
