[Tlf-devel] CIS RTTY--fldigi/tlf

If anyone is interested I have both a logcfg.dat and a rules file that
I will gladly share. I can't get the scoring correct, I see no way to
count the extra points for working a CIS station. But you can edit the
cis.log after the contest and then generate the cabrillo file.

The combination of fldigi/tlf works well, I am using 0.9.30 for tlf and
3.03 for fldigi.
