G'day,

I had a quick look at tlf-0.9.12 and found that whilst the configuration
identifies and uses the hamlib installation the build process uses rig.h that
comes packaged with it.

After removing src/rig.h and changing all occurances of

#include "rig.h"

in the source files to

#include <hamlib/rig.h>

tlf worked for me using a FT990 transceiver.

tlf also has serious problems with portability, but this is outside the scope
of the hamlib project.
