I've started working at TilkIRClog version 2. Planned features for
2.0.0:

* modular architecture
* simultaneous connection to many IRC networks
* mini-BNC
* channel statistics
* HTML, text and plain log output
* per-user configurable log mailing

Some code is now in CVS, you can look at it, if you want :)
