For all of those who are working with the 3.2 release please be warned that
I found a serious bug in 'tigercron' which breaks its functionality.
Tigercron will create the files in TigerLOGDIR (usually
/usr/local/var/tiger/log or /var/tiger/log) but will _not_ compare them
against templates or previous runs so no mails will be sent to the user
defined in Tiger_Mail_RCPT (usually root).
To fix this issue please apply the adjointed patch to tigercron. Sorry for
this bug.

PS: To patch the sources just go to the installation directory and run
$ patch < tigercron.path
