I am working on a research of reflection seismology signals which are time varying. i am using moments to as features of the signal to build a deep learning model. During the analysis i came across following equations. I have confused with the factor (4*pi) in the frequency spreading equation (Last equation). Is there any detailed info on this scaling factor.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
