If we decide not to make significant changes on the code base, just give feedback on my patch.

We simply do not merge the patches before TeXmacs 2.1 . Just leave the patches in several pull
requests, and after TeXmacs 2.1, we may apply the approved patches happily.

That's why I'm talking about my coding plans from 2020/01 to 2020/03.

TeXmacs 2.1 is still planned for soon; it takes a lot of
time to make all the arrangements for my book on TeXmacs.
