Hi Gavin,
I usually don't commit the new .po's (or version*.texi's) since they
change all the time and nobody cares until it's close to a release. I
either svn revert them or commit in another directory (e.g.,
"svn commit ChangeLog info"). But it's fine to commit them if that's
more convenient. Every once in a while I do.
