Another thing about --all that I wanted to send separately. Its current
behavior in conjunction with --output is pretty mysterious to me.
Before (laboriously) trying to describe what I'm seeing and expecting,
I'm wondering if we should just declare that -a only works with -w (and
on its own) and disallow it with anything else.
Given -aw, it is not hard to write a little wrapper script that would
dump the desired output from each file. That actually seems more
flexible to me than trying to build the feature into Info (for example,
for including each info filename found into the output somehow).
Furthermore, the original request was only about essentially replicating
man -aw; I don't think anyone is desperately seeking --all --output.
wdyt?
Thanks,
Karl
