Hello,
I would propose to remove all automatically generated files from the
repository. In particular:
doc/version.texi
doc/version-stnd.texi
It would also make sense (in my opinion) to remove all *.po files as well:
we are getting these from the TP anyway. They only create spurious diff
output when the sources are changed.
