@-commands in 'raw' environments expanded in NEWS?

Hello,

One change that would be, in my opinion, worth mentioning in the NEWS is
that now @-commands are taken into account in 'raw' blocks (@html, @tex)
by makeinfo/texi2any.  There is the recent example of binutils manual,
but I recall another case even though I don't remember in which manual 
it was, with unescaped @.

Could be something along

  . @-commands are now expanded in raw format blocks.  Therefore lone
    @, { and } in @tex, @html and similar environnements should be
    escaped by prepending a @.
