indicateurl (and url) do not use quotes but <...>.
1) I'm seeing '...' for @url.
2) Since the whole point of @indicateurl is that it is not a live url,
it kind of seems like 'quotes' more appropriate than the <...>?
Anyway, I updated texinfo.tex and the manual, being coy about exactly
what it does :).
