once they are not tere anymore, in HTML it looks fine, and I think that

Clearly; But the idea is more or less to remove the need to have
anything different, in the Top node, from the title and some text that
also happens in TeX. I think it is possible, while still be backward
compatible and allow for the previous styles.

I agree with him, as it means that the two outputs are more similar...

I agree, this is clearly something for later, but I wanted to lay start
the issue when it was fresh in my mind after having read the
manual.
