tlmgr.pod trial?

Hi Patrice,

I wonder if you could try your pod2texi thing on the attached.  This is
a script+pod that I (co-)maintain, so if there are infelicities (like
missing section levels), we can fix them instead of working around them.

(Having a texinfo version for this is another long-standing wish of
mine.)
