It could be easy to generate nodes instead of anchors, but then the
manual would be incorrect, since menu entry for the nodes would be
missing.
BTW, it occurs to me that pod2texi could run Emacs in batch to create
the menus, until all the menu generation is in tp.
Just a thought ...
