Also, some tests of full manuals are not meant to be imported, but
clearly those tests could be put outside.
I could start to remove tests that I am happy with what is in tp/ and
also start putting big tests somewhere else.
Don't worry about it. Moving a few big tests won't really change
anything. It is the dozens upon dozens of directories that makes CVS
slow. And it's not that big a deal. You have better things to spend
time on.
