Hello,
In the manual, in 'HTML Cross Reference Command Expansion' it is said
Quotation mark commands are likewise replaced by their Unicode values (see
Section 14.5 [Inserting Quotation Marks], page 123).
This is not the current implementation, because, unless I missed something
in node names ---, -- `` and '' are kept as is and not changed to —
and so on.
So I have 2 questions
* should the ---, -- `` and '' really be kept as is or should they be replaced
by the corresponding characters (in unicode) or entities?
* If not, should they still be replaced by the Unicode values in HTML Xrefs?
