documentation of the Parser

Hello,

For the documentation of the perl modules, I am not sure that what 
I want to do is ok.

My first idea is to do it in Pod, and at the same time write a 
pod2texi program based on Pod::Parser, but don't wait for that to
be done for the release.  For the release either leave only pod 
documentation or no documentation.

Would that be ok?
