Update for changes in the Texinfo manual, to avoid some redundancy, and link to 
the appropriate section.
     new c0f585c2d7 * tp/t/test_utils.pl (test): separate better parser options 
and main configuration options used for structuring.  Setup main configuration 
later on.
     new 1076329c9c * tp/t/test_utils.pl (test): set main_configuration as in 
the main program, by setting up defaults, calling 
Texinfo::Config::GNUT_initialize_config before loading init files, calling 
Texinfo::MainConfig::new without arguments, and calling 
Texinfo::Config::GNUT_set_from_cmdline for options from test specification 
(+DEBUG).
