HTML Output" and "Error Reporting, Customization Variables and Paths 
Manipulation in User Defined Functions" and moving there information from "User 
Defined Functions", "Protection of URLs" and more generally "Mandatory 
Conversion Function Calls", which is removed.
     new a8e13ce966 * doc/texi2any_api.texi: use $converter instead of $self.
