    (complete_indices), tp/Texinfo/XS/parsetexi/indices.c
    (complete_indices), tp/Texinfo/XS/parsetexi/parser.c (parse_texi):
    pass debug_level as complete_indices argument.  Set debug_level in C
    for complete_indices based on debug_output.
