     new 792896fb81 * tp/Texinfo/Convert/Plaintext.pm (convert_new_context): 
Inline into the two places it is called and remove function. Set 
'encoding_disabled' on the nested count context and pass result to 
_stream_output instead of _stream_output_encoded.
     new 3c25f2b54d * tp/Texinfo/Convert/Plaintext.pm (process_printindex) 
<(outside of any node>: Call convert_line_new_context with encoding disabled.
