Further obstack alignment fix for sparc64
* tp/Texinfo/XS/gnulib/lib/obstack.h: Add defines using rpl_
prefix for gnulib functions. Investigation and fix by Bruno Haible.
* tp/Texinfo/XS/parsetexi/tree.c: Revert change from 2023-11-13.
