(_prepare_conversion_tree_units, output): set special elements net and prev in 
_prepare_conversion_tree_units and not in output, in order to do it if called 
through convert().
     new 9ca637dfa0 * tp/tests/layout/list-of-tests: set separate footnotestyle 
for formatting_epub_nodes test.
     new 4c714085e0 * tp/ext/epub3.pm (epub_convert_special_element_type, 
epub_setup) (epub_finish): collect special elements and add them after the 
normal tree unit elements.
