Hi,
While one would prefer using `--css-include=file' parameter, isn't it
possible to make texi2html to _refer_ to an external CSS file. For
instance, instead of including contents of supplied CSS file as is, can
texi2html include such a line in the headers:
<style src="layout.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />
