[Taler] sandcastle-ng: API-key for "default" merchant instance

Hi,

Where do I find the merchant  "default" instance Access token?

I managed to get a Taler demo up and running using sandcastle-ng. Thanks 
for this piece of software. I have some minor issues due to missing 
pieces in the documentation, which I will send a patch in later.

Now I'm struggling with the merchant.

In difference to what is written in 
<https://docs.taler.net/taler-merchant-manual.html#instance-setup-with-the-spa>, 
the "default" merchant instance seems to be set up already. At least the 
merchant does not ask me to set up the "default" instance but asks for 
the Access token.
