Hej all,

taler.net is reachable and uses a different (updated and valid) Let's 
Encrypt certificate than the other domains listed below.

But I can confirm that the other services are unreachable as of now.
Also note that the HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) configuration 
of the websites prevents Firefox and Chromium from connecting to these 
sites at all.
