We are happy to announce the release of GNU Taler v0.10:

We have addressed over 100 individual issues, our bug tracker has the
full list (https://bugs.gnunet.org/changelog_page.php?version_id=414).
Notable changes include:
* NEW: Support for EBICS 3.0 key exchange by libeufin-nexus
* NEW: Public GET endpoint for templates in merchant (nicer UX of
payments with static QR codes)
* NEW: iOS wallet release to Apple app store
* NEW: Better support for exchange entry management in wallets
* NEW: Wallet-core can now emit observability events for better
diagnostics
* NEW: New wallet transaction type to represent lost funds due to
expired coins, revoked or defunct denominations
* BUG: Transaction histories are now visible even if the balance is zero
* BUG: Wallets no longer report insufficient balance when funds are in
the process of being refreshed
* PERF: Asynchronous /keys verification by wallet-core (no more slow
start on first use)
* PERF: Wallet-core now caches queries for coin/denomination selection,
and allows cancelling queries
* Various minor bugfixes, user experience and documentation improvements

Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) as part of the
NGI TALER project.

You must first install GNUnet v0.21.0 or the current Git master to
compile GNU Taler 0.10 from source.
