like other organisations having a Slack or any other kinds of work spaces or groups, participants can discuss their proposal ideas with mentors efficiently. So having such work space and groups helps ease communication gaps a lot and lessens the time of reply.
So is there any work space or any group where i can connect with you all mentors ?

If not assuming mailing is the only available method. Can I mail you here all my proposal Ideas and other questions before submitting a final proposal?

And Also just to let you know, I can also take up an Initiative to set up a Slack/Zulip/Discord/Or Any other Work space or Group(whichever you propose) for easing our Communication throughout GSOC 2020, if you permit . 

But I am also okay with any of the methods available.
