Details:
Hi,
first of all, thanks for this truly GREAT program! I've been using it for
several years now and I absolutely love it.
There is but one thing I've been missing all along: the possibility to
install separate .deb packages not available from a repository. Something
like: "File --> Install package", bad choice perhaps, but I think you know
what I'm getting at.
Maybe it should be in an "Advanced/Expert user" mode, similar to what dselect
has? (Maybe such a scheme Newbie/Expert mode could even be used throughout
the program to reduce the amount of buttons and gauges visible in Newbie user
mode?)
Regards
/Jocke <jocke()vmlinux!org>
