[Synaptic-devel] "New in Archive" list overflowing

Hi,

since I upgraded synaptic to version 0.47-1, the "New in Archive" list  
does not work as expected anymore. It used to be that after "Upgrade  
List" newly available packages were shown there. After the next  
"Upgrade List", these would be replaced by the latest newly available  
packages. Now, they just accumulate and thus run counter to the  
original purpose of this list: to provide a quick overview of what  
packages are newly since the last update. It would be nice if this  
behavior could be changed again.
