[Synaptic-devel] new release 0.36

Dear Friends,


we released 0.36 today. It needs gtk2.2 to build (just like synaptic
0.35). You also need the latest apt-rpm to build it on rpm systems
(released today). 

Here are the news:

0.36
 - new filter dialog
 - each filter can have a different view now
 - more easy way to intall suggested/recommended packages (debian)
 - dialog to auto install recommended packages 


The biggest new think in this release is the new filter dialog. It's
glade based now and should look and feel better than the old one.
It's not perfect yet, you still have to click on "update" after
changing a filter to apply the changes, but it's a step forward.

If you have any problems/suggestions for the new filter dialog, just
let me know.
