Savannah rewrite project, tags

I want to see the Python Savane rewrite happen this year. I can mentor
the project for GSoC. Can it be added to the ideas page for GNU?

Also, may I propose the following tags in Melange for GNU?

python, django, C++, C

I think some of the larger GNU packages under the GNU umbrella should
also be mentioned in the tags, such as

octave, mediagoblin, lilypond

And since I would like Octave as a tag, can we also add "matlab"?

Actually, could I be a invited as a co-admin of the GNU project on melange?
