RMS said this money will be used in the same way as previous GSOC, in
other words the FSF will get and manage it. If we can convince them to
reimburse something, then it is a different subject and the best way is
to write to them. We have already tried to get it working differently
without success. feel free to CC me and/or Jose, we will definitely
support the "let's spend money for GNU" cause.
