It happens when xmms tries to open an empty playlist (that is, a .pls
file containing no stream URL).

It's not really a bug, but rather a nasty behaviour. I'll fix that
someday. :)

For now, you should reload when it happens (empty streams are usually
streams which have been kept in the streamtuner cache for too long).

What about clicking on a column header?
