Sorry for the delay.  I was on 11.1 and updated to head and things are
working normally now.  I accidentally deleted my changes to
src/modules/Makefile.am, needed to complete my lang/voice/type
listing/selection integration and test it.  But it is working very
nicely now.  Yay!!

There is plenty left:  stop/pause, punctuation, icons, better
volume/rate (resampling), et al.  But I am going to put something out
without stop/pause or marks.  But I want to have decent rate/pitch and
voice listing/selection.  Capitalization, punctuation are important to me
too.  Should be very soon now.
