This notably changes the buffering with pulseaudio/pipewire quite a bit.
This should be improving the risk of buffer underruns (i.e. split audio)
quite a lot, and put less stress on the pulseaudio/pipewire servers.
Since this was quite invasive, I prefer to make yet another RC release
before release a final 0.12.0 cut, so please give this a test so we're
sure to avoid regressions there.
