Switching automatically pulseaudio/alsa

Dear team,

Maybe as some people could notice, there is a bug with pulseaudio which
consist in muting the sound after pluging a headphone and sometime don't
unmute after unpluging it. It happens especially when sound is produced
as gdm user or lightdm user, which is the case with speech-dispatcher.

The solution could consist in disabling pulseaudio as gdm or lightdm
user, but it causes problem with speech-dispatcher which doesn't switch
automatically between alsa and pulse.

I tried to apply a speech-dispatcher config file in lightdm user with
AudioMethod "alsa" and let pulse in general config. That works in
lightm, but I have no more speech in the session with pulseaudio if I
don't kill all speech-dispatcher instances before.

Any solution?
