The following patch cleans up VOICE_TYPE inconsistancies in the 0.8 branch.
The 0.8 version of the patch deprecates a command, without outright renaming
it and leaving any clients that talk pure SSIP out in the cold. The docs
state that the command will be removed as of 0.9.
