As I know there is only one user of this module in whole world... (no,
it's not a joke, one of my friends use it with demo version of Ivona) so
I think it's safe to remove.

Ivo Software decided not to ship Ivona Desktop for Linux about year
after this module was written. It's possible to buy commercial version
of Ivona, but this version is not intended for private users (and is
awfully expensive).
