last try: ibmtts module broken in current speechd git master

Chriss,
After your last mail I checked again the status of the module with no
other result.
My posted revision from november works but not the latest git.

sd-Ibmtts seems running but produces no speech output.
Pico and espeak loaded as well (working perfect).
Do you get realy speech output from ibmtts from latest git?
