Hi Halim,
My personal opinion about IBMTTS is that it is a shining example of what
can go wrong when software is proprietary. It would be a fine synth if
it were actively maintained, but it isn't. It is abandonware.
Nobody is around to fix the bugs.
As for the SD support, it's there, and people are going to use it, I
suppose.
Regarding your proposal regarding dlopening the library at run-time, that
will not work on a 64-bit system, will it? I don't think you can
dynamically load 32-bit code into a 64-bit executable.
