Hi,
The problem is your custom asound.conf or ~/.asoundrc file.
Look at the line
ALSA lib pcm.c:2196:(snd_pcm_open_noupdate) Unknown PCM pcm.dmixer
Why do you want to use a customized asound.conf???
In most cases alsa enables dmix plugin which does the softmixing in alsa.
So please remove ~/.asoundrc and /etc/asound.conf and
try again.
Post the new log lines in this case.
