important messages are the SPAM Solution Meeting notes.  Since those
meetings, we've been busy implementing the solution outlined.

The software is done, and a server has been built to run the software
on.  Because of schedule constraints and further testing and
configuring that needs to be done, the SPAM system will not go live
until June 24.

ward should be checking the remaining bits of software into the CVS
project, if he has not already done so.
