Hello sir,

Hello!

I hope I'm writing to the right mail adress. I want to contact the team working on Gnu solfege. I'm a user of solfege and I take profit of this email to thank you a lot for your work!
I have a question about the feature to train ear tuning, with various intervalls. Do you think it would be possible to choose to work with equal temperament instead of natural interval?

If I remember correctly, that exercise is done with CSound or some other way of generating exact frequencies. Do it should be quite easy to use equal temperament. But i have not worked on GNU Solfege for several years, and I don't see a way to find time or energy to to it either. The programming part was fun, but nobody understood that the most booring, frustrating and time consuming part of it was making MS Windows binaries and porting it to all sorts of Linux distros.

I'm sorry for my bad english. Thank you for your attention.

Have a nice day,
Franck-Olivier Defaux
