Hi,

I am seeking peers for a new Hockeypuck instance.

The instance on pgp.3t.al (:443 https/hkps, :11371 hkp, :11370 recon) is hosted on a Hetzner VPS located in Nuremberg, Germany. The Hockeypuck instance is sitting behind the contrib/docker-compose/standalone configuration of Haproxy, which itself is behind an existing instance of Caddy that handles TLS termination. The version is 2.2-47-g2848306.

The key database is initiated with a dump of 6,325,727 keys fetched from rsync.cyberbits.eu on 2025-01-04.

I am a self-hoster and privacy enthusiast from Hangzhou, China, and am currently studying in Los Angeles, US. Below I will include a sample peering configuration:

httpAddr="pgp.3t.al:11371"
reconAddr="pgp.3t.al:11370"

Feel free to contact me for more information. I hope to peer with as much servers as possible to strengthen the connectivity of the SKS network. I will also appreciate it if you could let me know about other places to find peers!

Thanks,
Etaoin
