You don't include any information about your server. People might be
willing, but many of us want to poke at your /pks/lookup?op=stats page
first, to confirm that things are set up sanely.
Adding a peer is not entirely safe: you have the potential to DoS your
peers. So it's wise to give things a quick look over to decide whether
or not to proceed.

which will help you get started with getting a server into a fit state
for peering and asking for peers a way which will get you more replies.
