Since this is the SKS list, I'll speak to how things are with SKS.
Each keyserver operator may, or may not, choose to set up an email alias
which invokes a helper tool for injecting keys.
This alias, and the resulting address, is not automatically exported by
the stats page and so does not make it into any pool systems.
So you're probably better off using one of the existing well-known email
addresses.
