Hi! I was talking with some folks at a GPG crashcourse / Keysigning event last week where I was asked for a pool cointaining only keyservers reachable through standard HTTP(s) ports (usefull for example behind restrictive firewalls). As far as I know no such pool exists but maybe one could be created?
